Foundations
Foundations is our introductory program designed to familiarize participants with the movements and intensity of CrossFit and set them up for success prior to entering our general group classes.
Group Fitness
We provide members programming geared toward improving health through fitness. Our programming will achieve success regardless of your goal…strength, weight loss, increased mobility, endurance, etc. The full-body workouts help each individual reach their OWN fitness and health potential.
Powerlifting
This class is designed for those solely looking to gain strength. It focuses on the three main lifts; squat, deadlift and bench press. If you’re looking to compete in the sport of powerlifting our coach is there to help you prepare.
